Reporting to the Temp Store Manager, you are the driven force of our Halloween Store team – our front line leader! We are seeking a driven, self-motivated employee who exudes high energy and enthusiasm. You can easily manage and motivate our temp store crew each shift from start to end. The Halloween Temp Store Supervisor is the face of Glow, the first point of contact for our Temp Store employees who handle any problems that arise. You must have superior customer service skills to meet and EXCEED our client needs and be able to teach and mentor front-line staff by helping them maintain a high level of customer service. As a quick learner, you will assist our clients with costumes, décor and other Halloween supplies by making great recommendations and creating a memorable shopping experience for our clients.
The successful candidate will identify additional sales opportunities, upsell/cross-sell products and place orders/process payments within our POS system, and is expected to be very hands-on in our fast-paced environment. You will embrace challenges head-on in what will be a busy Halloween season. We are looking for a true team player that is not afraid to jump in and do the hard work and assist in the setup and merchandising of our temp store locations.
The successful candidate will effectively communicate our policies and procedures with staff. They will have strong sales skills, identify sales opportunities and upsell/cross-sell products. Firsthand knowledge, or the ability to quickly learn and master all products, have an understanding of balancing cash, credit card reports and POS/rental software systems, are great assets. This role requires a supervisor who is well organized, an amazing leader with an excellent ability to bring a team together and keen attention to detail. You will be tasked with helping the manager run the store, manage staff productivity, while maximizing profits and minimizing loss.

- Knowledge of rental & POS software an asset
- Ability to work as part of a team or independently
- Ability to work flexible hours
