Receptionist | Administrative Assistant

Full Time Position

Who are YOU?

Reporting to the Executive Assistant, you are responsible for the smooth, efficient operation of our business. Receptionist will be a welcoming face to all our customers, greeting and directing customers on the phone and in person. The Receptionist will provide administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. We are looking for an extremely organized, results-driven Receptionist who excels in a sales environment. You must be able to work under pressure at times and have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations and to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.

Receptionist must be customer focused and still be able to balance the multitude of tasks on a daily basis. You will need strong written and verbal communication skills to assist other administrative staff, clients and co-workers. Receptionist must have an EXCELLENT eye for detail, as you will cross-reference, check and follow-up on paperwork.

We are looking for a quick-learner, who is proficient in Microsoft Office Programs and with prior knowledge of rental software, POS systems and accounting programs. You must be true team player, as you will be asked to assist with administrative support for all departments. A typical work week will be Mon-Fri 9-5 however an occasional evening or weekend may be required to meet deadlines.
