Temp Store Manager | Halloween

Who are YOU?

Reporting to the Showroom Manager, the Halloween Temp Store Manager is the leader of our Halloween Temp Store. We are seeking a self-motivated superstar who exudes high energy and enthusiasm. The Halloween Manager is hands-on, opening and closing the store, leading the team with excellent customer service, has a high standard for organization and cleanliness.  They must possess superior time-management skills to schedule staff, delegate tasks, resolve conflict and multitask; the Halloween Manager will create a culture of high productivity and teamwork.

The successful candidate will be expected to effectively communicate our policies and procedures with staff. They will have strong sales skills; identify sales opportunities, upsell/cross-sell products. Firsthand knowledge or the ability to quickly learn and master all products, and have an understanding of balancing cash, credit card reports and POS/rental software systems are great assets.

This role requires a manager who is very organized, an amazing leader with an excellent business sense and keen attention to detail. You will be tasked with running the store, managing staff productivity, while maximizing profits and minimizing loss. If you meet the above requirements and have experience in retail sales, we want YOU! To sum up, to be part of our dynamic team, we need you to have the following skills and attributes:

  • 3+ years’ experience in Retail Management
  • Honest, with a positive attitude
  • Customer service oriented
  • Goal driven and highly organized
  • Must be a hands-on Manager
  • Ability to lift up to 30lbs
  • Available to work weekdays Evenings, holidays, and weekends

Some positions may start training on a part-time basis as early as late June 2017. Committed applicants can expect to receive full-time hours (35-40 hrs / week) from the end of August 2017 until mid-November 2017. Management hours can be expected to be 40+ hrs / week once stores are opened.
